How do I send my first case to DentRx?
Fill out the contact form on this page and we will reach out to walk you through the submission process. Most practices are set up and sending cases the same day.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept open .STL, .PLY, and .OBJ files from any intraoral scanner. We are fully brand-agnostic — no proprietary software or portals required.
What are your turnaround times?
Crowns and bridges are 5-7 business days, night guards and retainers are 3-5 business days, and implant cases are 7-10 business days. Contact us for rush cases.
Do you work with traditional impressions?
Yes. If your practice is not yet fully digital, we accept traditional impressions and digitize them in-house at no extra cost.
What areas do you serve?
We serve dental practices throughout Los Angeles County including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West LA, Culver City, Torrance, Long Beach, Pasadena, Burbank, and all surrounding cities.
What is your remake policy?
We stand behind every case. If a restoration does not seat correctly, we will remake it at no charge — no questions asked.
