    Why Digital Digital Dentures?

Fewer Appointments: Transition from impression to final delivery in fewer clinical steps.

Milled Precision: Digital dentures are milled from solid pucks, eliminating shrinkage associated with traditional curing.

Permanent Records: The digital design is saved so a replacement or duplicate denture is as easy as placing a new order.

Exceptional Fit: Advanced software analyzes the tissue intaglio surface for a highly retentive fit.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a digital denture and a traditional denture?

Digital dentures are designed with CAD software and milled from solid high-density acrylic pucks rather than hand-packed and cured. This eliminates shrinkage, produces a more accurate fit, and creates a permanent digital file for easy duplication or replacement.

Do you require a digital scan or can you work with physical impressions?

Both. We prefer digital scans for speed and accuracy, but we accept traditional impressions and digitize them in-house through our desktop scanner at no additional cost.

How many appointments does the digital denture process take?

Typically two to three clinical appointments: records and impression, try-in, and delivery. Compared to four to six appointments for conventional dentures.

Can you duplicate or replace a denture without starting over?

Yes. Because we retain the digital design file, we can fabricate a duplicate or replacement denture without requiring new impressions or records.

Do you serve dental practices across Los Angeles County?

Yes. We work with practices throughout LA County including Santa Monica, West LA, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Torrance, Long Beach, Pasadena, and Burbank.
