Essix retainers are clear thermoformed or 3D-printed trays that cover the entire arch, more discreet and preferred by most adult patients. Hawley retainers use a wire across the front teeth with an acrylic base, more durable and adjustable, often preferred for growing patients.
Yes. We archive every digital file. If a patient loses or breaks their retainer, we can fabricate a new one from the original digital model without requiring a new scan or appointment.
Yes. If you need both a retainer and bleaching trays for the same patient, send one scan and indicate both on the Rx. We will fabricate both from the same digital model.
