How do I send a case to DentRx?
Export an STL file from your intraoral scanner and reach out through our contact form. We will walk you through the submission process and get you set up quickly.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary by service. Crowns and bridges are 5-7 business days, night guards and retainers are 3-5 business days, and implant cases are 7-10 business days.
Do you work with any intraoral scanner?
Yes. We are fully brand-agnostic. If your scanner exports an open STL, PLY, or OBJ file, we can receive and process your cases.
Do you accept traditional impressions?
Yes. If your practice is not yet fully digital, we accept traditional impressions and digitize them in-house at no extra cost.
What happens if a restoration does not fit?
We stand behind every case. If a restoration does not seat correctly, we will remake it at no charge.
