DentRx Dental Lab provides dental laboratory services to licensed dental professionals, including but not limited to CAD/CAM digital scanning and design, crowns and bridges, implant prosthetics, custom abutments, night guards, sport guards, removable prosthetics, and retainers. Our services are intended solely for use by licensed dental professionals and their authorized staff.

Eligibility

Our dental laboratory services are available only to licensed dental professionals and their authorized representatives. By placing an order or using our services, you represent that you are a licensed dental professional or are authorized to act on behalf of one.

Orders and Services

• All dental laboratory orders must include complete and accurate prescriptions, digital scans or impressions, and case instructions as required for the requested services.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not meet our quality or safety standards.
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on case complexity, workload, and other factors. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
• Custom dental prosthetics and appliances are fabricated to the specifications provided by the prescribing dentist. DentRx Dental Lab is not responsible for clinical outcomes or the fit of restorations resulting from inaccurate impressions, scans, or prescriptions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of account setup. All invoices are due in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Remakes and Adjustments

If a restoration or appliance does not meet the specifications outlined in the original prescription, we will remake or adjust the case at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe and the original materials are returned to our lab. Remakes necessitated by changes to the original prescription or clinical factors beyond our control may be subject to additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DentRx Dental Lab or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
